Union of Coffee Roasters V. Katsantas (UniCof), was founded in 1994 by V. Katsantas and is a family owned business. UniCof is based in Thessaloniki, operating near the port of Thessaloniki at the business-owned tax-free warehouse, and is dedicated to green coffee trading, with importing, exporting, and sourcing the finest coffee beans from around the world, ensuring a fresh and natural flavor in every bag and every cup.

As a Greek-based company, we combine Mediterranean trading expertise with a deep commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainable practices. We import both Arabica and Robusta varieties, ensuring our clients have access to diverse, traceable, and consistently excellent green coffee that meets the exacting standards of today's specialty coffee market.
