Brazil

Brazilian coffee is celebrated for its smooth, mild flavor profile and consistent quality, making it the foundation of many coffee blends worldwide. As the world's largest coffee producer, Brazil cultivates vast quantities of both Arabica and Robusta beans across diverse regions like Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Espírito Santo, with each area contributing unique characteristics. Brazilian coffee is typically grown at lower altitudes compared to other origins and often processed using the natural or "dry" method, where beans are sun-dried inside the cherry, resulting in a sweet, full-bodied cup with low acidity.

The flavor profile commonly features notes of chocolate, nuts (especially peanut and almond), caramel, and mild fruitiness, with a creamy texture and pleasant sweetness.
