Mexico

Mexican coffee is celebrated for its light to medium body, gentle flavor profile, and exceptional balance that makes it approachable yet nuanced. Grown primarily in southern states like Chiapas, Veracruz, and Oaxaca, Mexican coffee thrives at high altitudes with shade-grown cultivation under diverse canopy trees that promote environmental sustainability and flavor complexity. The country produces predominantly Arabica beans, with many small-scale farmers using traditional, organic methods passed down through generations.

Mexican coffee typically features a smooth, mellow cup with mild to moderate acidity and a pleasant, nutty sweetness. Flavor notes commonly include chocolate, nuts (especially almond and hazelnut), caramel, and subtle hints of vanilla or cinnamon-like spice, often with delicate fruity undertones.
